Shipping policy

Please note that we are a small team; we pack and ship all online orders from the store. We will do our best to fulfil all orders within 1-3 days for express delivery and 3-7 days for standard delivery. For some items shipped directly from the brands or suppliers, delivery may take 5-25 days. However, depending on the volume of orders, delays can occur. Thanks for your kind understanding.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, should you wish to return your order due to the receipt of an incorrect item or defect for an exchange or refund, please note we will accept returns sent back within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please see our exceptions/non-returnable items (stated below)

Please ensure the product(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

If you have received a faulty item, before returning your order, please contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help you.

Returns Shipping

Please note that we are not liable for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using either Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (with sufficient compensation cover for the value of contents) or a delivery service such as DHL. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely, as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.

Please include the return paperwork as well as any paperwork received with your order, so that we can process your return as quickly as possible

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you, as well as give instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
